Baltimore Health Statistics ReportThe Health Department keeps health statistics by neighborhood. Again we use Greenmount East as the closest to our catchment neighborhoods. The most recent report from the Commissioner is 2011, should be updated soon. The Neighborhood Health Profiles looks at factors that affect health including data on: socioeconomic factors, education, the community environment, housing, the food environment, and data on health outcomes, including data on life expectancy, mortality and causes of death, and maternal and child health outcomes. Much of the data is oriented to factors that affect the social context of health.
